The Purpose Behind Our Mission
Neela Bhaskar Foundation is a nonprofit company incorporated under the provisions of Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U88900MH2024NPL420299). The Foundation is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, ensuring both regulatory compliance and tax benefits for donors.
The main objective of the Foundation is to create a meaningful social impact by supporting intiatives in the areas of education, healthcare, cultural activites and environmental protection.
At the heart of our mission is the belief that every individual deserves access to education, healthcare, dignity, and opportunity. The Foundation aims to create sustainable positive change through transparent project selection, careful monitoring, and collaborative partnerships. Visionary Leadership for Social Good
Rahul Ganu
Rahul Ganu is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years in Financial Advisory Services, starting his career at Deloitte. He specializes in international taxation, private equity investments, M&A, valuation, corporate finance, and regulatory matters including Corporate Law, FEMA, and Income Tax. Rahul has advised numerous large domestic and international companies on complex financial and regulatory matters.
Driven by a deep commitment to social responsibility, Rahul co-founded the Neela Bhaskar Foundation to leverage his expertise and network for the betterment of society. He envisions a future where underprivileged communities have access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for growth. Through the Foundation, Rahul is dedicated to creating a positive change by supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, social welfare, and community development, with a focus on transparency and impact.
Prachi Ganu
Prachi Ganu is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. She began her career with ICICI Ltd. working in Institutional Sales and Credit Risk, before joining J.P. Morgan in 2005. At J.P. Morgan, she worked in Global Credit Risk and served as an Executive Director until 2017. She is an IBBI-certified Valuation Professional and has been a visiting faculty at various colleges and B Schools, conducting workshops on Risk Management, Corporate Finance, and Valuation.
Inspired by her professional journey and a passion for social impact, Prachi co-founded the Neela Bhaskar Foundation to extend opportunities to those most in need. She has previously volunteered with several Mumbai-based NGOs, focusing on education initiatives for underprivileged communities. She believes in empowering the underprivileged through access to education, healthcare, and holistic community support. Prachi is committed to using her experience in leadership, risk management, and team building to drive the Foundation’s mission of social upliftment and inclusive development.
